Now Happening! A family was swept out into the raging river with their roof as a raft. People on the bridge were desperately throwing ropes at them but could not reach them. Most of them went under water and did not survive past the bridge. The father survived but he is still looking for his wife and his 2 children (it was the birthday of one of his kids). 80% percent of Metro Manila was submerged.
